No worries. On-demand support is available for both uniVocity and uniVocity-parsers. If you found a bug and need it resolved immediately, you can simply get us working on your problem as soon as possible. You can also request new features/customizations for uniVocity so it can quickly suit your new requirements or needs.

On-demand support is straightforward: You tell us what you need and we will provide you an estimate of hours to execute the service. This number of hours is final and if we can't deliver on time, you won't have to pay extra.
